Rental Application Instructions

Below is an application for the Rental Waiting List.  Simply push the “print”: button on your browser’s toolbar to print the application and these instructions.

Once you have printed the application, fill out all the information. All adults who will live in the household must sign the application.  Bring, mail or fax the application and the requested verifications to HomeStretch.  Or address is:

This above application process is for the Rental Waiting List only.  If there is a vacancy and you are making a full application to rent, print out the Rental Application then go to the Home Purchase Application page and print the instructions and the five MSHDA forms on that page.  You do not need to print the Home Purchase application, but if you aren’t able to print individual pages, print them all and recycle what you don’t need. Fill out the Rental Application and the MSHDA forms (follow the instructions for the MSHDA forms found on the Home Purchase Application page), include the requested verifications, and fax, mail or bring them to HomeStretch
