THE ORGANIZATION

HomeStretch is a regional housing development organization that serves the counties of Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau.  The corporation is exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

HomeStretch is governed by a board of directors comprised of representatives from business, government, nonprofit organizations, the five counties, and low-income families. Members of the board currently include:

IN MEMORY OF MARY LEE LORD

We were deeply saddened to learn of the sudden death of founding board member Mary Lee Lord. Still serving on the board until her death, she was a dedicated and tireless advocate for affordable housing. Her passing leaves a void that will never quite be filled.  We thank her family for sharing her with us and extend to them our deepest sympathy.

STAFF

The staff of HomeStretch consists of two full time, two part-time and two contractual employees. They are:
